We were appointed by T.G. Williams Builders Ltd to deliver a specialist joinery package for the historic Gilfach Ddu site in Llanberis. Our work included robust Douglas Fir external door sets built with traditional mortice and tenon joinery, bespoke Welsh Larch louvred screens engineered for natural ventilation, and fire-rated internal door sets.
Each element was crafted in-house to blend heritage-led design with durable, high-performance materials, ensuring long-term reliability and a cohesive finish across the site.

Derwen Joinery was commissioned to deliver bespoke, Q-Mark certified fire doors, safe-hinge door frames, and glazed screens for the new Ysgol Gymraeg Croes Atti in Flintshire. This modern Welsh Medium School, developed by Flintshire County Council, highlights Derwen Joinery’s expertise in purpose-made joinery for the education sector; combining safety, durability, and craftsmanship to meet the highest standards.
